Relaxation shouldn’t be something you just do on holiday, especially these days as most of us probably don’t holiday every year!  We all live busy and stressful lives but relaxation should be something that you make part of your regular routine.  Relaxation and self-hypnosis can have a profound effect on your health and general wellbeing.
